Welcome to October. How was last week's training?
10/51 miles. Got injured, took the weekend off to recover.
- Tuesday: 10 miles (9:08 pace).
This week: Schedule says 7/5/7/31. A lot depends on my appointment with the orthopedist on Wednesday. No idea how many miles (if any) I'll get done.
How'd you all do? (I bet it was better than I did).
