Profile of Kathy Martin, a master's runner who began running at age 30 and is now shattering national and world records. As Jon Diflorio, her strength coach, put it in the video profile, "she can outrun teenagers." I would add that this woman, at age 60, can outrun fast teenagers. Amazing.
