I didn't see a weekly run down and figured Denny has his head somewhere else right now, so I'd take up the mantle for him this once.

I'm struggling to find the time to get runs in. Some of it is weather, some of it is the dark mornings, and some of it is football. Not a great week of running for me, but I did get a significant long run in, so I'm pleased with that.

Monday: 6 miles at 9:19

Saturday: 13 miles at 9:46

Sunday: 3 miles at Botanical Gardens

Not a lot, but more than lately thanks to the 13er.
