James "Bim" Costello, who was injured in the bombing last April, posted on his Facebook page that he was engaged to Krista D’Agostino, a nurse he met while he was recovering from his injuries. Costello suffered serious burns, requiring pig skin grafts on most of his right arm and right leg.
