Last week, we introduced our first poll, asking when you run, mornings or evenings. And people really seemed to like it! (And results show we have more night owls than early birds here at Stride Nation.) Anyway, it got us thinking -- how about a post where we can discuss all things running in the comments, with a new topic every week. A sort-of forum, posted on Fridays ... A Friday FoRUN (running puns!).

And since they're probably the most important piece of equipment you can own, let's start there:

What are you favorite running shoes?

Or maybe what are the best running shoes you've ever owned?

For me, it's easy: The Brooks Adrenaline. I say it's easy because it's the only running shoe I've ever really owned. The first pair of running shoes I bought -- after my first professional fitting back in the summer of 2008 -- were the Adrenaline 9s. Then I moved onto the 10s. And now, I'm in the Adrenaline 11s, which I got about a year ago. I should note that I've had 2-3 more fittings since 2008, too, but every time, I leave the store with Adrenalines. They always feel the best, are the most comfortable, and hey, if it ain't broke, don't fix it, right?

So now it's your turn in the comments: What are your favorite running shoes?
